The base is a mixed media board which I painted with different colours of Dina Wakely's heavy acrylic paint… once this was dry I stamped, doodled and stencilled using the sequin waste mask… the arrows, heart and birds were all painted with the same paint and then doodled with black and white pens… glossy accents were added to the doodled hearts…. some washi tape was added to the bottom for the hear to lay on…
