atc's

Been having a play and joining in a few more swaps....

This atc is part of a set I made for a swap over at Bubbly Funk.....

The theme for the swap was "Grungeboard".  The base is grungeboard which was embossed using the cuttlebug and then coloured with a swipe of distress ink - the flower and butterfly are made out of grungepaper!  Hope the recipiants like them!

This second ATC is for a swap to be held at the Bramford Crop...The theme for this one was "Love"

so in keeping for February, hey?  The base is mountboard which was subjected to the ferro treatment and coated with paints and inka gold.  The wings, crown and heart are grungeboard embellishments, the heart had terra stamped into it then hi-lighted.  The wings were painted with gold acryllic then stamped and then coated with rock candy!

Question for my blog visitors - as you might, or might not know, I have a sizeable collection of viva decor inka gold! can you imagine my horror when I opened one of these pots a while ago to find it covered with mould! I never put them away wet and leave the lids off whilst using them.  They are stored in a dry and dark place away from any heat source - has anyone else experienced this? or is it just me??

TFL xx

Great ATCs, love all the texture on the second one! I can't remember who it ws but I have heard somebody say they'd had Inka go mouldy. Try e-mailing Viva Decor and see if they'll offer you anything by way of replacement/compensation.
