So, here is my brothers card:-

and as part of my Tando kit I received this tree - initially I thought about using it as a "family tree" and hanging off little frames with pictures in, but, then I thought it would look good like this:-

Part of a secret garden - the card incorporates the tando tree which was painted and then hi-lighted with inka gold, stamps are by Paperartsy apart from the butterfly which is a studio 490 stamp - the flower in the corner is made from tissue paper coloured with di's and sprayed with various glimmer mists!!

Gorgeous crafting. I wouldn't have thought of butterflies on a male card but they look great on your brothers.
Loving the tree card and, of course, the ingenious use of the frame stands LOL.
Love both of these, but especially the first one. The tree would make a fab family tree - great idea. Lovely work.
Love your brother's card - perfect gentleman's card.
Thanks for the mention of the butterfly stamp - saves me bugging you later. hahaha
