Inchies with a difference!

Joannes Inchie swap this month is spring with a twist, in other words the inchies have to be on the "huh"! lol. I have made a little book entitiled "A year in Inchies" to display all the inchies I've swapped during 2008! used my new "toy" my bind it all!! will photograph it later.... tflxx

How Long?

I can't believe its been nearly a month since I last blogged!! where does time go? we are well and truly into 2008 and what a year its turning out to be already!

I Challenge You....

.... to create something collaged incorporating fabric somewhere and NO stamping!! - well after a few moments of NO BREATH! lolx I gathered my thoughts and came up with this..... now its my turn to chose the challenge....tfl xx

Something different...

It was recently a dear friends birthday and I wanted to make her something different. I saw this idea in craft stamper initially and decided I'd like to give it a go - with a few tweekings here and there here's my attempt:-

It was really difficult to photograph as there were so many different elements (and blogger won't let me put all of them on here at once!! lolxx). TFL

Criticism....

I'm the worse critic of my work! I made a hanging CD for a swap, it hung in my kitchen for days getting good comments from all that saw it, but, to me there was something missing - so I stamped it, unfortunately I stamped it with the wrong ink which wouldn't dry, then I tried to remove it and stamped over it but in the end I ruined it!! so, says my Hubby, "what have we learnt from that?" what have I learnt? nothing because at the end of the day I'd do it all over again.... lolxx












So, I ended up making this inorder to complete the swap - just hope that my swap buddy liked it, as it didn't end up too bad in the end.....
